How many guests are included in an Urban Air party package?

This venue still needs a current package-level re-check. Use the official venue page or call directly to confirm today's party tiers, included attractions, and guest-count rules.

How long is an Urban Air San Antonio party?

Party space (table, Private Room, or VIP Suite) is a 2-hour rental, and party guests also get access to all-day play, which starts when the party begins.

Can parents stay and watch at Urban Air?

Yes. Spectators watch free of charge, but anyone who jumps or uses an attraction, including adults, must be counted as a paid participant and sign a waiver.

Can we bring our own cake and food to Urban Air?

Urban Air does not allow outside food, drinks, or coolers, with one exception: cake, cupcakes, or cookies are permitted with a booked party, as long as they are not ice cream cakes. Cold treats are available to purchase on site.

Do guests need to sign a waiver?

Yes. Every customer who wants to use the attractions must sign a waiver. It can be signed online in advance and only needs to be completed once per person, which speeds up check-in on party day.

What attractions does Urban Air NW San Antonio have?

Attractions include trampolines, climbing walls, a ropes course, a warrior obstacle course, a dodgeball arena, virtual reality experiences, and additional entertainment zones. The Ultimate bundle unlocks a higher attraction level than Deluxe.

What are Urban Air NW San Antonio's hours?

As of June 2026, hours are Monday to Thursday 10am to 8pm, Friday and Saturday 10am to 9pm, and Sunday 12pm to 8pm. Confirm current hours when you book, since they can change seasonally.

What to know

Pros & cons

Pros

Every standard party includes setup and cleanup, paper goods, Urban Air socks, bottled water, a birthday T-shirt and a Jump Back Pass for the birthday child, so parents do not coordinate those details separately.
Wide attraction spread plus all-day play makes it a strong fit for sibling-heavy or mixed-energy groups who do not all want the same activity.
Fully indoor and climate controlled, so the party runs rain or shine through San Antonio summers.

Keep in mind

Urban Air is a loud, high-stimulation environment, and some headline attractions depend on height restrictions that can exclude younger guests.

Planning tips

Helpful planning tips

Choose Deluxe if your group mainly cares about trampolines and the core attractions, and step up to Ultimate when climbing walls, the ropes course, or the zipline are part of the appeal.

Ask the venue for a current written quote before you pay a deposit so package details and add-ons match what you expect.

Have every participant complete the online waiver before arriving, since each person needs one and it only has to be signed once.

You can bring a cake, cupcakes, or cookies with a booked party, but not ice cream cakes and no other outside food or drinks, so plan dessert around that rule.

Keep your headcount near 20 or fewer total if seating at the table matters to you, which is the level Urban Air recommends.

Book weekday slots when possible for a less crowded experience; weekend afternoons fill fastest.
