Book weekend slots early. Friday through Sunday pricing is actually lower than weekdays here, so those times fill up fast.
Complete waivers online ahead of time for every child and any jumping adult to speed up check-in. Plan to arrive about 15 minutes before your start time.
Rush grip socks are required with no substitutions. Packages include socks for the base guest count, so confirm counts for extra guests or returning siblings.
You can bring your own cake or cupcakes at no charge, but budget the $25 fee if you plan to bring any other outside food, and plan to buy drinks on-site.
If you expect a big group, the Galaxy Party upstairs option allows up to 20 additional guests versus 10 downstairs.
