Complete every flyer's waiver online ahead of time, using the link in the booking confirmation email, since flyers under 18 need a parent or guardian signature and it speeds up check-in.
Have flyers wear well-fitting lace-up sneakers and casual clothes (pants and a collarless shirt work best), as a flight suit goes on over their clothes.
Secure long hair in a low braided bun so the flight helmet fits properly.
