Check the weather forecast before booking the Ultimate Fun package. If rain is likely, the indoor activities (laser tag, arcade) are still excellent, but you lose the go-karts and bumper boats.
Book 3 weeks ahead for Saturday parties during spring and fall — these are peak birthday season and the reserved pavilion areas fill quickly.
Bring your own cake and arrive 15 minutes early to set it up in your reserved area. The party coordinator can store it for you if needed.
For mixed-age groups, pair younger kids (who can't drive go-karts) with an adult for double-karts. This way nobody feels left out during the racing portion.
