What to know
Pros & cons
Pros
- DEFY's extreme attractions (Stunt Fall, aerial silks, wall trampolines, and Ninja Warrior course) offer a more thrilling experience than standard trampoline parks
- The modern facility has a cool, Instagram-worthy aesthetic with neon lighting and industrial design that appeals to tweens and teens
Keep in mind
- Not suitable for very young children (under 5); most of the signature attractions require a baseline level of strength and coordination
- The 90-minute party window (60 jump + 30 room) can feel tight for groups that want to try everything, especially with 10+ kids competing for turns on the ninja course
Planning tips
Helpful planning tips
Ask the venue for a current written quote before you pay a deposit so package details and add-ons match what you expect.
Have all guests complete waivers online before arriving. DEFY provides a shareable link. This prevents a bottleneck at check-in and gives kids more jump time.
Schedule the party for a Sunday morning or weekday slot to avoid peak-crowd hours. Saturday afternoons are busy with walk-in jumpers sharing the floor.
Bring your own cake; the party room has space for it and the staff will help with candles and cleanup. Outside food policies beyond cake should be confirmed when booking.
