Book early and pay the $100 non-refundable deposit to lock your date. The gym asks for a minimum of 7 days notice to staff the party properly.
Have every attending child's liability waiver signed by a parent before party day so the gym-floor time is not eaten up by paperwork at check-in.
Dress kids in athletic clothing with no buttons or zippers, no jewelry, and hair pulled back, as the gym requires for the gymnastics portion.
Watch the clock: there is a $50 fee for every 15 minutes the party runs past its scheduled time.
