Have every parent or guardian complete the online waiver for each flyer before arrival to speed up check-in. Flyers under 18 need an adult to sign.
Plan to arrive about 30 minutes before your flight time so the group can finish check-in, watch the pre-flight training video, and gear up without rushing.
Check the weight rules ahead of time. iFLY cannot fly anyone over 300 pounds, and flyers between 260 and 300 pounds need an evaluation at check-in.
Dress kids in comfortable athletic clothes and lace-up sneakers. Flight suits, helmets, and goggles are provided, but loose items and flip-flops are not a good fit.
The Cloud Nine and Sky Master packages include a private room and decorations, but iFLY does not provide balloons or confetti, so bring those yourself if you want them.
