What to know
Pros & cons
Pros
- Apex gives the North Dallas cluster a city-run swimming option instead of another private chain attraction, which broadens the hub in a useful way.
- Food and coolers are welcome, so families have more menu flexibility than they do at many entertainment chains.
Keep in mind
- The 15-attendee cap includes adults, which can shrink the usable child count faster than parents expect.
- Weekend-only reservations make scheduling less flexible than at venues with weekday party inventory.
- This is a swim-first party. Families who want a dry-land attraction mix or a low-supervision setup may find it less convenient.
Planning tips
Helpful planning tips
Count adults into your headcount early. Apex includes parents in the 15-attendee total.
Check current pool hours before you reserve because the official booking page tells families to confirm swim availability first.
If your party includes younger swimmers, remind parents that children 6 and under need an adult in the water during swim time.
Bring food in easy-to-manage containers or coolers. The venue welcomes them, but glass items and alcohol are prohibited.
