Planning tips
Helpful planning tips
Have all guests sign waivers before arriving, download the waiver from the website and send it with your invitation to save check-in time.
Remind guests to wear athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes. Climbing shoes are provided as part of the rental.
Bring all food, cake, plates, and utensils. The party area has tables and chairs but nothing else, treat it like a BYO setup.
Book at least 2 weeks in advance for weekend parties. The gym can also accommodate lock-in parties for older groups, ask about late-night options for teens.
